Refund policy

Exchanges

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at bgraydesigns@yahoo.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: [Twinkle Toes 4934 Odyssey Ave. Holiday, FL 34690] at your expense.

If your exchange is accepted, an exchange will be initiated.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We will only exchange an item if it is returned at your cost, within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in excellent shape to be eligible for an exchange.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Unfortunately we can not grant refunds.  There are only exchanges at this time.
